Snow sustenance

Nothing says, “FEED ME” like a big fat snowstorm. As our sun set yesterday, a soft blanket of snow began to fall over the Washington, D.C. area. By dinnertime, we were locked in and went full throttle — a giant platter of spaghetti and meatballs. It was so flavorful, zesty, warming, and colorful. Our full bellies and the quiet of falling snow delivered all of us into a heavy slumber.

Waking to a serene landscape of white was the perfect punctuation to our noodle-filled night. Happy snow day!
